Tragedy

Woke up this morning,
thought of someone in my life,
like i do every morning,
weather it be my mom, dad or friend,
then i start to wonder,
what happened to all the other friend,
thought i had in my life,

Then i get on my facebook,
to check in the ones i used to hang with,
and see what they are up too,
i post something,
no comments,
maybe a like or two,
but no friendly comments,
then friends you thought you lost,
pop out of nowhere,

Tragedy,
isn't it funny how it brings us closer,
no one seems to care,
and you learn to accept it,
until you post that a family member,
brother, or someone in relation to you,
either dies, gets into a carwreck or gets divorced,
it takes a tragic event in your life for someone to drop a line,
tragedy,

After checking my facebook,
i go to the living room of my house,
sitting there like a fool,
crying myself to sleep,
until the one i love,
and always will,
comes in and sees me,
there in a pool,
and wraps their arms around me,
comforts me,
and soothes the person they love
that when you know who loves you and who doesn't,

Tragedy,
